Capableindia Social Welfare Foundation

We are based out of Flat C2G 502 in the Pride World City complex, specifically in the Long Island Cluster 2 area. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s a good spot to work from. Capableindia Social Welfare Foundation is basically just us working out of this apartment space. It’s different from having a shopfront on a main street, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone and on our laptops. The building is fairly new, so everything is still in good shape. Living and working in the same general area makes things easier for us on a daily basis. We started this because we saw a need for some social welfare work that wasn’t being addressed in this area. There isn’t a massive team here. Just a few dedicated people who care about the results. Some days we are really busy, and other days we are just catching up on paperwork. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, which helps when we need to focus on hard things. We don't have any big signs or advertisements outside. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or personal connections. It’s a simple way to run things, and it keeps our costs down so we can focus on the actual work at hand. We don't pretend to be something we aren't. We just do the work. It keeps us occupied.
