You can find us at 83/1 on Topsia Road South, right across from the Ganges Ford in Tiljala. It’s a busy stretch of road and there’s always something happening outside. Our building is pretty straightforward, nothing too flashy on the outside. Inside, we’ve got our stuff spread out across the floor. We try to keep it organized, but when new shipments come in, it usually ends up being a bit of a mess for a few days. We spend a lot of time walking around the floor, showing people different items and explaining how they work or what they’re made of. It’s not a quiet place because of the traffic on Topsia Road, but you get used to the sound of the cars and trucks after a while. Most of us here have been working together for years, so we’ve got a bit of a routine down. We drink a lot of tea and talk about what needs to be moved or sold. We don’t really go for the high-pressure sales stuff. If someone wants something, they’ll buy it. We’re just here to help them find where it’s tucked away in the back or on the shelves. Sometimes the lights flicker when the power is acting up, but that’s just life in this part of town. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, and try to keep the place looking decent for whoever walks in.
