AYHAM CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

We are based at 9 Chowbaga Road on the first floor, right in the Topsia area of South 24 Parganas. If you know this part of town, you know it is always on the move and there is a constant noise from the street below. Our office is a very simple place where we manage all the construction projects we currently have going on. We handle a lot of the paperwork and the project planning right here at our desks. The stairs to the first floor can be a bit of a climb, but we are used to them by now. We mostly focus on building work around the local district and some other parts of the city. It is a small group of us here who have a background in putting buildings together. We don't have a marketing department or anything fancy, so we just let the actual work speak for itself. Every day feels a bit different; some days we are arguing with suppliers about the price of materials and other days we are just trying to get the payroll sorted. The 700039 area is a real hub of activity and we fit right in with the other businesses along the road. We try to be practical about how we build things and not overcomplicate the whole process. It is mainly about getting the walls up straight and making sure the roof is solid. We spend a lot of time drinking chai and looking at site photos.
