Traits Organic

The business is based in Village Hodalpur, which is near Soron. It’s a rural spot, so life moves at a different pace compared to the bigger cities. Most of our work revolves around the organic side of things, which means we spend a lot of time out in the fields or in the sheds checking on the produce. The air is clear out here, and we are surrounded by farmland. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. Instead, we have a small building where we keep the tools and the records. Most of the people around here are farmers or involved in some kind of land work. We started this because we wanted to do something with the land we had. Every season brings its own set of challenges, like whether there’s enough water or if the pests are staying away from the crops. We don’t use those heavy chemicals, so there’s more physical labor involved in keeping the weeds down. It’s a lot of manual work, bending over and checking the soil. Sometimes the power goes out in the village, and we have to finish our paperwork by lantern light, but that’s just how it is. We are part of the local community, and we just try to get the best out of what the ground gives us without pushing it too hard. It’s a quiet way to make a living, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the year.
