Zaheer Traders

If you head out toward the village of Sorab, you’ll find Zaheer Traders. We are located right near the industrial area in Shimoga district, which means we see a lot of trucks and workers passing through every single day. It’s a dusty part of the world, especially when the wind picks up from the factories nearby. We deal in a bit of everything that the local folks might need. Some days we are moving heavy sacks and other days it’s smaller items for the farmers around here. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space that fits what we do. Being near the industrial area means things can get pretty noisy during the afternoon shifts. We don't really have a big office or anything. It's mostly just a counter and some storage space in the back where we keep the inventory. I spend a lot of my time just checking the lists and making sure things are where they should be. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you won’t find anyone in a suit here. We wear regular clothes and get our hands dirty when we have to. It’s a quiet life in Sorab except for the traffic. We’ve been part of this community for a while now and most of our customers are people we see every week at the market or on the road.
