Muthu & Company

Out here in Soorapatti Village, near Harur, you will find Muthu & Company at number 2. We are pretty much a local operation. The air is a bit fresher out here than in the big cities, which we like. We’ve been running this business for a long time, mostly dealing with what the local community needs. Our building is a simple structure that has seen a lot of seasons. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who grew up around here. Our days usually start with the sun. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who stop by. Sometimes they want to buy something, and other times they just want to chat for a bit. It’s a slow pace of life compared to other places, but we stay busy enough. We don't really have any big plans to expand or move. We like it where we are. There is a big tree out front where we sit when it gets too hot in the afternoon. We keep our records in big handwritten books. It might seem old-fashioned to some people, but it works fine for us. We know our neighbors and they know us. That is how things have always been here. We just keep the doors open and do our part. We aren't big on technology, we just focus on the task at hand.
