P.K.Tea

We've been around here in Alisingha for quite a while now. P.K.Tea is situated right in Palash Basti, close to the Dhekiajuli police station. Most people around here know where we are. It’s just a small setup. We handle tea mostly. It’s a quiet place, really. We spend most of our days getting things ready for the local market. My family helps out with the daily tasks. It gets busy during certain months when the leaves are coming in. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just the building near the post office. People stop by sometimes to chat or check what we have in stock. It’s a simple life. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the weather makes it hard. The rains here can be something else. We just focus on the tea. It’s what we know best. Dhekiajuli is a good spot for this kind of work. We’ve stayed in the same spot for years. You’ll find us easily if you’re passing through the basti. We don't do much advertising. Word of mouth usually works for us. That’s how it goes in small towns. We just keep our heads down and do the job. If you need tea, you know where to find us. Just look for the sign near the station. We might be in the back if it's quiet, so you might have to call out to get our attention. We'll hear you eventually.
