Jivanjyoti4Care Foundation is based in the Sonitpur district. Our home is in a place called Vill Po - No 2Pirakata. Being quite a way out from the main towns is exactly how we like it. Swapan Kr Hazari is the one who handles things at this location. A simple rural home serves as our base. Air conditioning or fancy office equipment isn't part of the setup. We just have a quiet place to work and talk. Being in Sonitpur allows us to be close to the rural communities we work with. Jivanjyoti4Care Foundation isn't a big, wealthy organization. A small group of people who wanted to do something useful is all we are. Life in No 2Pirakata is simple. Local customs are followed, and we know all our neighbors. Most of our work happens right here at the house or out in the nearby villages. No website with fancy photos exists for us. Just our names and this address are what we have. Dealing with local needs as they come up takes up our days. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather is bad or the roads are muddy, but we keep at it. Changing the world in a day isn't the goal. Taking care of the small things that matter to the people around here is what counts. Swapan makes sure we stay on track. It is quiet out here and that helps us focus on the work without any big city distractions.
