Hanuman Tea Distributors

Our place is at No2, Sensuwa Gaon, which is a quiet little area where everyone knows each other. Hanuman Tea Distributors is not a massive operation, just a warehouse where we handle a lot of tea bags and boxes. Every morning we open the shutters and wait for the local tea to arrive so we can start sorting through it. The village is peaceful most of the time, though it gets a bit lively when the delivery trucks try to squeeze through the narrow roads. Inside, the air is thick with that dry, earthy smell of tea leaves. We have a few wooden tables where we do the packing and some scales that have been with us for years. My uncle started this thing and now we just keep it going the same way he did. We don't have a website or any of that stuff, we just talk to people on the phone or when they drop by for a chat. Sometimes neighbors come by just to see how things are going and we end up brewing a pot and sitting for a while. It is a bit messy with cardboard scraps and tape everywhere, but we know where everything is. We just focus on getting the tea to the shops in the nearby towns. It is a steady rhythm and it suits us just fine. Some days are busier than others but we don't mind the extra work.
