It’s much more grounded and quiet here. We operate out of Kunj Bhawan, which is a building that most people in the area know. We handle various global services from this location. It might seem like a small setup, but we stay busy all year round. The team here is mostly people from the local community. We have a very direct way of working. There are no fancy layers of management or anything like that. We just sit at our desks and get through the daily pile of work. The office is simple. We have what we need to get the job done, like computers and a decent connection. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a backup system to keep things going. We don't spend time on self-promotion or advertising. We just focus on the tasks our clients give us. A H Road is a busy enough street, so there is always some activity outside to watch. We take our breaks together and talk about normal things, not just work stuff. It is a very human way to run a business. We like being part of the town here in Tezpur. It’s a quiet life but the work keeps us engaged and moving.
