Our operations are spread across two plots, 377 and 362, over in Sector-53 of the E.P.I.P. HSIIDC industrial estate in Kundli. It is a busy area full of factories and big trucks moving in and out all day long. Having two spaces means we are often running back and forth across the road to check on things or move supplies. The dust from the construction nearby usually settles on everything, so we are always cleaning off the desks and equipment. It is a very practical environment. We don't have any decorative stuff on the walls or comfortable couches. It is all about the production line and making sure the orders are packed properly. The summers here in Kundli get incredibly hot, so we have some big fans running all the time which makes it hard to hear sometimes. We have a mix of people working here, some who live nearby and others who commute from a bit further away. We eat our lunch together in a small corner of the warehouse. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do. We don't make big promises or use fancy words to describe ourselves. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure we don't run out of materials before the week is over. That is pretty much the whole story of how we run things here at Willwin.
