Our base is at House Number 462 in Sector-23, over in Sonepat, Haryana. It’s a regular house in a residential sector that we use for our operations at Walsons Services Pvt Ltd. we like being in Sonepat because it’s a bit calmer than the main city but still has everything we need to function. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, a few filing cabinets, and a place to sit if someone drops by for a chat. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing with logos on every wall and expensive carpets. It’s more important to us that the work gets done and the staff knows what they are doing. Most of our day is spent coordinating things over the phone or managing schedules for our service teams. Since we are in Sector-23, it’s easy for us to get around the local area when we need to check on things. There’s a sense of familiarity here because we know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one that people in Sonepat know about. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork, and other times we finish early if the work is done. It’s a flexible way of working that suits us well. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks that keep the business running smoothly.
