You can find us at the Ramnagar Industrial Estate. Modern Enterprises has been here for a good while. We’re right near Kanak Garden, which is a nice landmark for people who aren't familiar with the industrial side of things. Despite the name, we aren't some high-tech, futuristic outfit. We’re just a regular business doing our daily work in a warehouse. The estate is always buzzing with activity. There are trucks, workers, and the sound of manufacturing everywhere you turn. Our space is functional. We’ve got concrete floors and high ceilings. It gets cold in the winter and pretty hot in the summer, but that’s the reality of working in an industrial estate. We handle various supplies and products. Most of our time is spent checking inventory or loading things up. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just do our job and hope people are satisfied with what they get. The proximity to Kanak Garden is nice because it gives us a bit of a break from the gray buildings around us. We are just local people working a regular job. It’s not always easy, but we’ve built a decent life here in Ramnagar. We know the other business owners nearby. We help each other out when we can. It’s a simple, honest way to operate. No big speeches or fancy logos, just people getting things done and going home to their families at night.
