Vandac Properties Private Limited is located over in Laxmi Nagar, right near the I C Public School. Our address is 545/1 if you’re trying to find us. It’s a decent area in Sonepat and we’ve been here for a bit now. Being near a school means there's always kids and parents running around in the mornings, which makes the place feel alive. We mainly focus on property around Sonepat because that's what we know best. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Haryana or anything like that. We just want to do a solid job for the people who walk through our door. Sometimes the office gets a little messy with all the maps and documents laying around, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out walking around different plots of land. It can get pretty hot in the summer here so we're always thankful for the fan in the corner. We don't use any of those scripts when we talk to people. We just tell it like it is, even if it's not what someone wants to hear about a price or a piece of land. People seem to appreciate that honesty. We take our time with the details because missing something in a contract is a real pain for everyone. That’s pretty much us, just a small team working out of Laxmi Nagar and trying to keep things simple.
