Sushil Engineers

You can find us at Plot No. 324 in the Hsidc Rai Industrial Estate. Sushil Engineers has been operating from this plot for some time. Being in an industrial estate means there is always something happening nearby. There is the smell of cut metal and the sound of heavy engines. Our building is a simple structure. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture. We have some workbenches and the tools we need to get the jobs done. The lighting isn't the best, but we have some strong lamps for the detailed work. Rai is a big area, so we are just one small part of it. We know the people in the plots next to us. Sometimes we borrow a tool or help them out with something. It’s a good community of workers here. We usually start our day pretty early before the heat gets too bad. We have a small corner where we keep our lunch boxes and a water cooler. The floor gets swept every evening, but by noon the next day, it’s covered in metal shavings again. That is just the way it goes. We don't make a big fuss about things. We just look at what needs to be made and we start working on it until it's finished. It's a steady pace that keeps us going through the week.
