Sonipat Urban Nidhi Limited

If you go up to the first floor of the Thakkar Complex in Kachey Quarter, you will find us at Shop No. 7 and 8. It's a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it's quieter up there than down on the street. Sonipat Urban Nidhi Limited has been in this complex for a while now. We chose this spot because Kachey Quarter is where a lot of the action is in Sonipat. We have two units joined together so there's enough room for a few people to sit and wait. We don't have fancy leather sofas or anything like that. Just regular chairs and a couple of desks where we do the paperwork. The staff here are all local. We know the area and we know the people. When someone comes in, we don't treat them like a number. We know their family or where they work. It makes the day go by faster when you're talking to friends. We don't spend much on marketing because word of mouth works better in Sonipat anyway. If we help one person, they tell three others. That’s how we’ve grown over the years. We keep our hours regular, but sometimes we're a bit slow with the files when it gets busy. We aren't robots, just people doing a job. The complex can be a bit crowded on weekends, so coming on a Tuesday is usually better.
