Shrishti Metals Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 474 in Phase-1 of the Badi Industrial Estate. It's over in Gannor. Being in Phase-1 means we are surrounded by a lot of other metal shops and manufacturing units. The whole area has a specific smell of iron and grease. Our place is basically a big shed where we keep all the metal stock. It’s not the quietest neighborhood, especially when the trucks are loading and unloading right outside our gate. We have been running things here for a while now. It started as a small operation and just sort of stayed at this size. We aren't trying to become a massive corporation. We just like doing our own thing. Most of the guys working here have been with us for years. We know each other's families and we eat lunch together in the small area near the back. The roof leaks a little bit when it rains really hard, but we just move the stuff out of the way. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. We’d rather spend it on keeping the equipment running. Gannor is a busy place and we are just one part of it. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it's a big order or just someone needing a small piece of metal cut. It’s just how we get things done every day.
