Our factory is situated at Plot No 22/17/2 B in the Nathu Pur Industrial Area. If you come by Shree Radha Raman Packaging, you will hear the sound of the machines before you even see the door. It is a loud place because making packaging materials involves a lot of cutting and pressing. The air always smells a bit like paper and glue. We have been in this industrial patch for a good while now. It is not the cleanest place to work because of the dust that comes with the materials, but we keep the machines running as much as possible. The floors are concrete and usually have scraps of cardboard scattered around during the shift. We have a crew that knows exactly how to handle the heavy rollers and the cutting tools. It gets very warm in the summer, especially near the back of the plot where the ventilation isn't as good. We mostly deal with other businesses who need boxes or wraps for their own products. There are no fancy brochures or high-tech presentations here. Usually, a customer just calls us up or drops by to show us what they need, and we figure out how to make it. It is honest work that keeps us busy from early morning until the sun goes down. The trucks come in and out all day, picking up stacks of finished goods to take them to warehouses all over the region.
