Salasar Industries is out at Plot-22/23 in Phase-5 of the Sector-53 Hsiidc Kundli Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the city center, but it’s where all the real manufacturing happens. The industrial area is full of warehouses and factories, and ours is one of the ones that stays busy from dawn until dusk. We have a good amount of space here, which is necessary for the kind of industrial work we do. It isn't a place for meetings in fancy boardrooms; we usually just talk over the sound of the machines. The floor is where most of our day is spent. We’ve got a solid crew of workers who know the equipment inside and out. Some of them have been with us since we first set up in Kundli. The air is often filled with the smell of metal and grease, which is just part of the job. We don’t worry about having a polished image because our work speaks for itself when the products leave the gate. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs a part, and we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a practical way to live and work. We’ve got our routine down and we stick to it every day of the week. If you need to find us, just look for the big gates at the end of the road in Phase-5. We are usually there until quite late.
