Sai Traders

Sai Traders is situated in Gohana, right near the bus stand and not far from Gajraj Hospital. We have been operating in this area for a long time. Our shop is more like a warehouse because we stock a lot of different items depending on what people are buying. It could be construction supplies one week and something completely different the next. We don't have any fancy displays or a polished office. It is just a big room with shelves and piles of goods. The location near the hospital means there are always people walking past, so we get a lot of random questions and walk-in customers. We start our day early, usually before the buses really get going. I still use a big paper ledger to keep track of our sales and what we owe people. My son thinks we should use a computer for everything, but I prefer the old way of doing things. It has worked for me for years, so I don't see much reason to change it now. We don't have a marketing plan or a logo on our shirts. We just try to be here every day and have the items people are looking for. It is a straightforward business and we have built a lot of trust with the local community just by being consistent. We know most of our customers by name and they know they can find us here.
