Royal Orchid Hotels

Our location for Royal Orchid Hotels is a bit different because we are out in Jakhauli village in the Sonepat district of Haryana. It’s a quieter area than what you’d find in the big cities. We deal with the day-to-day running of the place, from managing the rooms to making sure the grounds are kept up. Being near the village and the post office, we are part of a small community. The pace of life here is a bit slower, but the work is still steady. We spend a lot of time just keeping things clean and ready for whoever might be coming through. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s a working hotel environment. Sometimes we have issues with the local weather or just the general maintenance that comes with being in a place like Sonepat. We don’t use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just hospitality. We make sure there’s water, the beds are made, and the food is ready. Most of us who work here live nearby, so we know the area inside out. It is a lot of physical work, especially during the busy seasons when more people are traveling through Haryana. We just take things as they come and try to keep the place running without any big dramas. It’s a practical, straightforward way to run a hotel, and we’ve been doing it like this for quite some time now. We just focus on the basic chores and keeping the guests sorted.
