Our place is located at Khasra No. 79 in Village Kundli, right off the G.T. Road. If you've ever driven that way, you know how busy the highway gets with all the trucks and cars. We are situated in a spot that makes it easy for the farmers to bring their stuff to us. Kisaan means farmer, and that is really who we work with every single day. The village of Kundli is a mix of old houses and newer warehouses. It’s dusty and noisy, but it’s where the work happens. We don't have a polished office with glass walls. It is more of a functional space where we check the milk and handle the paperwork. The G.T. Road is both a blessing and a curse because it’s great for transport but the traffic jams are legendary. We spend a lot of time just waiting for things to arrive. Our routine is pretty much the same every day. We open up, check the equipment, and start the processing. It’s hard work, and your hands are always busy. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to the people who come by. We’ve had some rough days when the power goes out for hours, but we make do with what we have. It’s just a bunch of us trying to run a dairy in a busy part of the country. That's really all there is.
