Rawal Hospital

Being located in the Industrial Area means things are always moving around us. Rawal Hospital sits right among the factories and warehouses here. You hear the trucks rumbling past all day long and the air always smells a bit like metal or smoke. It is not exactly a quiet spot but it is where the workers are. Most of our patients come from the nearby plants after their shifts end or if something happens on the floor. We deal with a lot of scrapes and work-related aches mainly. The inside of the hospital is plain and we just use simple furniture that can take a bit of a beating. I think the walls could use a fresh coat of paint but nobody really complains about that stuff. We have enough space to handle a decent crowd when the shift changes happen. It’s a practical place for a practical part of town. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in which takes a minute. The staff here mostly lives nearby so they know the area well. We don't have a big cafeteria or anything just a small corner where we keep the kettle. It’s just how things work in this part of the Industrial Area. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It gets loud outside but inside we just focus on getting people sorted out and back to work.
