Bhagwati Traders

We are located at 5/335 Railway Road. It is a simple spot, and we have been here for a long time. Bhagwati Traders is the name written on the front, though the paint is getting a bit faded now from the sun. We deal with various goods that come through this part of town every day. Being on Railway Road means we are very close to the tracks, so you can hear the trains passing by quite often. It is a loud sound that we have grown to like over the years. Our shop is mostly filled with whatever we happen to be trading that week. It might be bags of grain or some hardware items, it really depends on what is available. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. Everything is just stacked up where it fits on the floor. We are just local people serving other local people in the neighborhood. Most of our customers are folks we have known for years. They stop by to see what we have in stock or just to chat for a minute about the weather. We keep our books by hand mostly. It is a slow way of doing things compared to others, but it works for us. The building is old, and it has its quirks, like the door that sticks when it rains. But it is our place, and we are happy to be here doing what we do every day without much fuss.
