We are located at Plot No. 1805 in the HSIIDC Industrial Estate in Rai. Being in Sonepat means we are right in the thick of the industrial belt. Rai Textile & Allied Cfc Private Limited is basically an industrial setup. It’s not a quiet office; there is always some noise from the surrounding factories and trucks moving in and out of the estate. The plot is quite large because we need the space for all the textile-related activities we do. Most days involve a lot of coordination with the workers and making sure the machinery is running like it should. It’s hot in the summer, and the industrial estate can get quite dusty, but that’s just the nature of the work we chose. We’ve been in Sonepat for a while now and we know the area well. It’s a practical location for a business like ours because the connectivity to the highway is good. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or making the office look like a showroom. It’s a functional space meant for hard work. We have our tea breaks, we talk about the daily targets, and we deal with the usual problems that come with running a textile facility. It’s a straightforward life here in the industrial estate.
