Metaplast Tiansheng is situated at Plot No. 352 and 353 in Phase-4, Sec-57. This part of the industrial sector is quite spread out, so we have a decent amount of space for our operations. Most of what we do involves plastic and metal parts, so the floor is usually covered in scraps and the smell of machines. It is a tough environment but we have grown used to it over the years. We moved into these plots a while back because we needed the extra square footage for the new equipment. The office is just a small partitioned area at the front where we keep the paperwork and the computer. It gets quite loud when all the machines are running at once, so we usually have to shout to be heard. We don't have any decorative plants or nice carpets; it is strictly a place for work. Most of our guys live nearby, so they walk or cycle in every morning. We keep a large water cooler in the corner because it gets incredibly hot during the peak of summer. Sometimes we have visitors from other companies in the phase, and we usually just offer them a stool and some water. There is no corporate vibe here at all. We are just a group of people making things and trying to stay on schedule. The gates stay open during the day for deliveries, and we usually lock up around seven in the evening.
