Sa Hardware Tools House

Sa Hardware Tools House is located at Mama Bhanja Chowk, right opposite Dr. Nag Pal. It’s one of the busiest spots in the city. There is always noise from the traffic and people moving about. Our shop is crammed with all kinds of hardware and tools. We have stuff hanging from the ceiling and piled up on the floor. It is not an organized or polished showroom. It is a real hardware store where things are a bit dusty and metallic. The name Sa Hardware Tools House tells you exactly what we have. We spend our time helping people find the right bolt or a specific wrench. Sometimes it takes a while to find things in the back, but we usually have it. We don't do any advertising or use fancy language. We’ve been at Mama Bhanja Chowk for a long time. People know us as the place across from the doctor's clinic. It’s a very simple business model. We buy tools and we sell them. We don't have a corporate mission or anything like that. We just drink our tea, talk to the customers, and try to be helpful. The shop gets quite hot in the summer, but we are used to it by now. We just keep the door open and wait for the next person to walk in with a repair project.
