We are at Plot No- 476 in the Rai Industrial Area. We are right near the Ravi Dharam Kanta, which is how most people find us. It is a very busy part of Rai with a lot of big trucks and dust everywhere. M Vsd Food India operates from this site. We have a heavy metal gate that sometimes gets stuck on the tracks when we try to open it in the morning. Inside, it is mostly machines and storage space. It gets quite noisy, so you have to shout if you want to talk to someone on the other side of the room. We work with food stuff, so we are always wearing hairnets and white aprons. It is not very glamorous. We spend a lot of time scrubbing the tiled floors to keep everything clean. The Rai area is always full of activity. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we go for our breaks. Everyone in the industrial area knows each other. We have been at Plot 476 for a long time now. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist. Just a small office tucked away for the files and the phone. It usually smells like flour and different spices in here. We work long shifts and sometimes the power goes out, which makes things difficult. We just keep going until the work is finished.
