Lohia Alloys Limited is out here in Bahalgarh at No. 41/2-5 Joshi. It’s right on N.H. - 1, which means there are always trucks passing by and a lot of noise from the highway. We are quite close to Dawat Food Limited, so if you smell something cooking, you’re in the right place. Working with alloys isn't exactly clean work. Our clothes usually have some dirt on them by the end of the shift. The building is large and mostly filled with metal and machinery. It stays pretty warm inside during the summer months, but we have big fans going. We have a lot of stuff moving in and out every day because being on the national highway makes transport easier, even if the traffic is a headache. We aren’t trying to be anything we aren’t. This is a factory and an office combined. People come here to get things done, not for the decor. The staff has been here for years, and we all know how the machines sound when they’re running right. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them ourselves. It is a practical kind of life. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just make sure the alloy orders are ready when they need to be. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordination, but we’ve got a good routine going now. It’s just how we do things at Lohia Alloys.
