Khanna Filters Limited

Up here on the second floor of Plot No. 337, things stay pretty busy. We are right in the middle of the Hsiidc Rai Industrial Estate, which is always humming with some kind of machine noise. Khanna Filters Limited has been operating from this spot for a while. You have to climb a couple of flights of stairs to get to us, but once you’re here, it’s all about the production and checking the stock. The air in the industrial estate has that specific metallic smell you only get in manufacturing hubs. We spend most of our hours looking at filter components and making sure the orders are packed right. It’s a dusty job sometimes, but someone has to do it. The office part is tucked away in one corner of the floor where we keep the ledgers. We aren't big on fancy meetings or long presentations. Usually, it's just us standing around a table figuring out the next batch. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s when we take a breather. Being in Rai makes sense for us because all the transport trucks are right there. It’s a practical location for a business like ours. We don't have a lot of wall art or soft carpets. It’s just concrete, metal, and hard work. We’ve seen the estate change over the years, but our routine stays mostly the same. We just keep the line moving.
