Down in Phase-1 of Hsiidc, Kundli, you will find us at Plot No. 110. This is an industrial area, so it is all about the machines and the production schedules. We do narrow fabrics here at Jai Roop Narrow Fabrics. If you walk into the building, you will hear the hum of the looms and machines running. It is a constant sound that you get used to after a while. We have been here for a long time, and the routine hasn't changed much. We show up, check the yarn, start the machines, and watch the fabric come out. It is steady work. Kundli can be a bit dusty and the roads are not always great, but it is where the industry is. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We are just a factory making specific types of tapes and webbings. Sometimes the machines need fixing and that takes up the whole afternoon, which can be frustrating. We don't have a marketing department. The work speaks for itself when people see the rolls of fabric ready to go. We keep our heads down and focus on the orders we have on the books. It is a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the output. We drink a lot of tea and talk about how to get the next batch done. That is life at Jai Roop.
