You can find us over at Chhajpur Kalan. It’s part of the Bapoli tehsil. The business is Jai Maa Vaishno Oils & Food Products Private Limited. We operate out of Rakesh Kalra’s place. It’s a local setup, nothing fancy about it at all. Most of the time, we are dealing with oil pressing and food stuff. The machines are loud and they need a lot of oiling themselves. It’s dusty work sometimes. We are just local people working in the village. It’s not like those big city offices with glass walls. We have sacks of seeds and containers of oil sitting around. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, which slows everything down. But that’s just how it is in Chhajpur Kalan. We know everyone around here. People come by to see what’s ready. We don't spend money on big ads. We just focus on the daily grind. The trucks come in to load up, and we make sure the paperwork is mostly right. It's a lot of manual labor, honestly. Lifting the heavy tins and moving stuff around the warehouse area. My hands are usually a bit greasy by the end of the day. It’s just the way the job is. We stay busy through the seasons.
