Iswant Security Service has its base in Rampur village, which is right by the post office. It’s in the Kharkhoda area, not too far from Kundal. It is a quiet place compared to the cities, surrounded by fields and open space. Most of us who work here are local folks from the village or nearby. We’ve known each other for years. Our setup is very basic. We have a small room with some tables and a couple of chairs where we sit and talk through our plans for the day. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls or high-end furniture. It’s just a practical space where we can meet up before heading out to different sites. We spend a lot of our time on the move, checking on things and making sure everything is in order. The weather out here can be tough, with the dust in the summer and the mud when it rains, but we are used to it by now. We don’t use any complicated business language. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We have a good relationship with the neighbors and the local shops in the village. If someone needs to find us, they usually just ask around. We’ve been part of this community for a long time and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
