Tc Coating Pvt. Ltd. is situated over at the HSIIDC Industrial Area in Barhi. You’ll find us at Plot No. 63. It’s a large industrial zone, and we’ve been part of it since we moved into this facility. Our daily routine involves a lot of surface treatments and industrial coatings. The air in the plant usually smells like chemicals and metal, which is just part of the job. We have these big tanks and spraying areas where we process the parts that come in from other factories. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s necessary work for making sure metal doesn't rust. The machines run on a schedule, and we have a crew that works in shifts to keep things moving. We aren't really into big corporate talk or polished presentations. We just focus on getting the layers even and the drying times right. Sometimes the weather affects how the coating sets, so we have to keep an eye on the humidity in the building. Our office is just a small corner partitioned off from the main floor where we handle the invoices. Most of the time, the boss is out on the floor with everyone else, checking the batches. We get parts sent to us from all over Barhi and the surrounding areas. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving heavy racks around, but we’ve got a good rhythm going here.
