Our place is out at the 20th Milestone, near Village Jatheri. It’s right by the Post Pratap Stadium, which is the main landmark around here. Hindustan Everest Tools Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a long time. It’s a bit out of the main city, so it’s quieter, though the trucks coming and going make some noise. The facility is large and we have a lot of heavy equipment inside. It’s not a clean, polished office environment. It’s a place where real work happens. You’ll see a lot of metal and grease around. We spend our time manufacturing and checking the tools we make. The weather out here in Jatheri can be quite extreme, really hot in the summer and cold in the winter. We just dress for it and keep going. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages. We aren't big on corporate meetings or fancy presentations. We just focus on the production line. There’s a lot of manual work involved. Sometimes the days feel long, especially when we have big orders to finish. But it’s a steady life. We know the land and the people around the stadium. It’s a practical location for a factory like ours. We don’t need anything more than the space we have here to get the job done properly. It's just how things are done here at the milestone every day.
