Gold Plus Glasses India Ltd.

Our place is located on Gold Plus Road in the village of Liwaspur, which is near Bahalgarh. Gold Plus Glasses India Ltd. is quite a big presence in this area. Even though we are a larger operation, we still feel like a local part of the village. The road leading up to us is named after the company, which is something we are used to now. Inside, it is a lot of glass, obviously. We have big sheets of it stacked everywhere and machines that never really stop running. It can get very hot near the furnaces, especially during the summer months in Haryana. Many of the people working here come from Liwaspur or the nearby villages. It gives the place a very grounded feeling. We don't really go in for fancy office decor. The focus is always on the glass coming off the line. We have our main office area, but it is mostly just for keeping track of shipments and orders. There is a lot of dust and noise, which is just part of the glass-making process. We’ve been here for years and have seen how the area around Bahalgarh has developed. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We are just a glass factory in a village doing our daily work. Most of us have been here since the start. It’s a lot of hard work, but it is what we do.
