Glide Chem Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 1893 in the Rai Industrial Area. Since we’re in an industrial zone, there’s always something going on around us. You can hear the sounds of other factories and trucks moving back and forth all day long. It’s a busy environment, and it keeps us on our toes. Our plot is quite large, which gives us enough room to do what we need without feeling too cramped. We’ve set up the space so it’s functional above all else. There isn't much in the way of luxury here; it's mostly concrete, metal, and work benches. We start our shifts early because the heat can get pretty intense by midday. Most of us have been working in this area for years, so we’re used to the grit and the noise. We don't really have a lobby or a fancy reception desk. If someone comes by, they usually just walk into the main area and find one of us. We focus on our daily production and making sure the inventory is tracked properly. It’s a lot of manual work and paying attention to the details. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them ourselves, which can be frustrating but it’s part of the job. We just keep moving forward one day at a time. It’s a tough environment but we’re used to it. We don't talk much during the heavy work hours.
