We are located out in Village Kheri, which falls under the Ganaur tehsil in Sonipat. It is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main city, but this is where we have set up Fullertonindia Credit Company Limited. The office isn't anything like what you see in those big corporate movies. It is more of a practical place suited for the area. Lalit Kumar is the one who handles things here, and since it is a village area, the pace is a little different compared to the city. We deal with credit and loans for the people living nearby. There are plenty of fields around us, and sometimes you can hear the tractors going by while we are trying to sort out paperwork. It gets quite dusty when the wind picks up in Haryana, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the desks. Most people who come in are locals who have known the family or the location for years. We don't use any big words or confusing terms when talking to anyone. It’s just about helping folks get what they need so they can go about their day and finish their chores. The building is simple, and we don't have a giant sign or anything, just enough so people can find us. It feels more like a community spot than a big bank. We stay busy with the files, but there is always time for a quick chat and maybe a glass of water.
