Elsepace Media Private Limited is based in Ganaur, specifically at Bhardwaj House in Ward no 12. We’re on Civil Hospital Road, over in Shastri Nagar, Sonipat, Haryana 131101. It’s a bit of a long address to write out, but it’s actually a pretty easy spot to find. We are close to the hospital, so the road stays busy with people and traffic all day long. The office is inside Bhardwaj House, which gives it a more personal, local feel than a big corporate plaza. We have our desks set up in a way that lets us talk to each other without having to get up, which is good for getting things sorted quickly. The area around Shastri Nagar is quite lively. There are always shops open and people moving about. We’ve grown accustomed to the sounds of the street while we work on our media projects. It’s a straightforward setup—nothing too fancy or over-the-top. We have our computers, a decent internet connection, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing. Most of us are from around this area, so we know the neighborhood well. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay productive. The sun shines through the front windows in the morning, which is probably the best part of the day. We don’t really bother with big speeches; we just focus on the tasks at hand and get on with it.
