We’re located at Plot No. 60 in the Rai Industrial Estate, specifically in Phase-V. If you’re looking for us, we’re pretty close to Fiem Industries Ltd, which most people around here use as a landmark. We’ve been operating as an auto agency for a while now. The area is mostly factories and warehouses, so it’s a lot of trucks and workers moving around all day. Our shop isn't anything fancy. It's just a warehouse-style setup where we keep our inventory of auto parts. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading crates. It can get pretty hot in the summer months under the tin roof, but we’re used to it. We deal with various components for cars and bikes. Most of our day is spent checking stock or talking to mechanics who need specific items. We don’t really have a big sales team or a front desk with a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free at the moment. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. Sometimes things get a bit messy when a big shipment arrives, but we manage to get things sorted eventually. People in Phase-V know us for being reliable enough to have what they need in a pinch. We’re just local people trying to keep the supply chain moving for the garages around here without making things more complicated than they need to be.
