If you're looking for Design 'O' Creations, you'll find us at No. 175 in the HSIDC Industrial Estate in Barhi. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, especially with the Barhi traffic, but once you’re inside the estate, it’s all business. Our unit isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a standard industrial building with a heavy door and some windows that get dusty pretty fast. We spend most of our time on the production floor. The air is usually thick with the smell of whatever materials we’re using that day. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy reception area because we’d rather just be back there making things. The guys who work here are mostly locals who know their way around the machines. We’ve had our fair share of broken equipment and late deliveries, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a hands-on kind of job, and our hands are usually a bit dirty by the end of the shift. We like being in Barhi because everyone else around here is also working hard, so there’s a shared sense of just getting on with it. We don't make big promises, we just try to do what we said we’d do by the time we said we’d do it. It’s a straightforward way to run a shop.
