Deerfos Membranes Co. Ltd

Deerfos Membranes Co. Ltd is out at Plot No. 479 in Phase I of the Barhi Industrial Area. If you’re driving out here, you’ll notice it’s a bit of a distance from the main city. The area is filled with large plots and big industrial buildings. Our place is one of those functional structures designed for storage and handling membranes. It’s a lot of open space inside. We have rows of products stacked up waiting to be shipped out. The floor is concrete and stays relatively cool compared to the outside. There isn't much around here except other factories and a few small tea stalls for the workers. The wind blows a lot of dust across the industrial area, so we spend a fair amount of time cleaning the office area. We have a small staff that looks after the inventory and handles the paperwork. We don't have a cafeteria or a lounge. Most of us bring our lunch in tiffin boxes and eat at our desks. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except when a truck pulls up to the loading dock. Then everyone gets busy moving things around. We focus on the logistics of getting the membranes to where they need to go. It’s straightforward work in a dusty part of the country, and we just get on with it. We stay until the day is done and the gate is locked.
