Chawla Gift & Mobiles

We are located right at Geeta Bhawan Chowk, which is a place most people around here know very well. Our shop is a small, busy spot where we handle both gifts and mobile phones. When you walk in, you will see glass cases filled with all sorts of mobile accessories, from simple earphones to the latest screen protectors. We also have a section for gifts where we keep things like decorative statues, wall clocks, and items you might give someone for an anniversary or a wedding. The space is quite narrow, so we have to be very organized with how we stack the boxes. A lot of our work involves fixing mobile screens or helping people set up their new devices. We usually have a few tools out on the counter and a lamp to help us see the small parts inside the phones. The noise from the chowk is always there in the background, with horns honking and people shouting. We are just a few people working here, and we don't have any corporate training or uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to people like neighbors. Our days are mostly spent helping customers decide between two different phone models or wrapping up a gift for someone's party. It is not a complicated business, but it keeps us very busy from the time we open until we pull down the shutters late at night. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the shop stays stocked.
