Bhardwaj Yoga & Dance School

Bhardwaj Yoga & Dance School is tucked away in Kathmandi, right near Paunnu Hospital in Gohana, Sonepat. The 131301 area is where we call home. It’s a modest spot. We have some space for the yoga mats and a floor that works well enough for dancing. It’s not a state-of-the-art studio with mirrors on every single wall, but it’s got a good feel to it. People from around Gohana come by when they have some free time to stretch or learn a few moves. It’s a bit of a mixed bag here. Some days it’s quiet with just a few people doing yoga, and other times it’s loud with music and dancing. Being near the hospital means it’s a landmark most locals recognize easily. The building is older, and we’ve had to patch things up ourselves more than once. We don’t have a big front desk or fancy lighting. It’s just a room where things happen. The people who teach here are just regular folks who happen to be good at what they do. We don't do much advertising. Usually, someone just walks in because they live down the street and wanted to see what we’re about. It’s a simple, honest setup in Sonepat. We just open up, do the sessions, and go home. That’s the daily routine for us at this school.
