Our place is at 1882 in the HSIIDC Industrial Estate in Rai. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by large factories and the constant sound of heavy trucks moving in and out. We deal with dairy products and various organic items. It is not a retail shop where you would come to browse the aisles. Instead, it is a functional facility designed for storage and distribution. We have large refrigerators and cooling units that hum all day and night to keep the milk and dairy items fresh. The floors are made of hard concrete, and we have to wash them down frequently, so there is often a bit of water around. Our team is mostly focused on the physical work of unloading supplies and preparing orders for delivery. We have a small corner that serves as an office where we keep our logs and handle the billing. It is a lot of hard work, especially in the early mornings when the first shipments arrive. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our business comes from long-standing relationships with people who need reliable dairy and organic supplies. The air in Rai can be a bit dusty, and the environment is very practical and no-nonsense. We just focus on the temperature of the coolers and making sure the crates are loaded correctly onto the trucks. It is a straightforward operation where we just try to do our job well every single day.
