You can hear the trains passing by all day long, which is something we’ve just gotten used to. Our office is a simple one, located in a part of Ganaur that stays pretty busy with local trade. We deal with power systems, so there are always batteries or heavy components lying around. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We mostly wear sturdy clothes because the work is hands-on. We spend our mornings going over technical drawings or checking inventory. Ganaur is a smaller place compared to the big cities, so everyone knows everyone else. We don’t have a website with flashy photos or anything like that. Most people just walk in or call us because they know we’ve been on Railway Road for years. We don't have a big corporate board or fancy titles. We just have a job to do and we do it. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the workshop unbearable, but we manage. We’re just a local business doing our bit in Shivaji Nagar. It’s practical, it’s a bit messy at times, but it’s real work. The local chai wallah knows our order by heart, which is a nice perk of being here.
