Our company, Akriti Jewelcraftz Pvt. Ltd., is located out in the industrial area at Plot No. 420 in the E.P.I.P. HSIIDC section of Kundli. Being in an industrial park means we aren't exactly in a place where people just wander in while they are out shopping for groceries. We are more of a manufacturing setup. Most of our day is spent on the workshop floor where the actual making of the jewelry happens. It’s a busy place with a lot of machines, tools, and people working on benches. It can get pretty loud and a bit warm in there, especially in the summer months when the sun hits the roof. We don't have a glossy reception area or a team of salespeople in suits. We are mostly focused on production and getting our orders out on time. We handle everything from the initial designs to the final polishing of the metal. It’s a lot of work and sometimes we stay late to finish a big batch. We’ve been in Kundli for a while now, and we like the space it gives us to operate. We don’t really do any fancy marketing or social media stuff. We just work with our clients directly. It’s a straightforward operation. We make the jewelry, we check the quality, and we send it out to whoever ordered it. There’s no need to make it sound more complicated than it really is. It works for us.
