Aggarwal Estate

We are located at Villa Number 78 in Block A of Omex City. It is a pretty easy place to find once you get inside the colony gates. Being right on G T Karnal Road means there is always noise from the trucks and cars going by, especially since we are just opposite the Haldiram. Everyone knows that landmark, so we just tell people to look for the restaurant and then come across. Our office is not too big, just a regular villa space where we handle the estate work. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who want to move to Sonipat or maybe just buy a plot for the future. It’s a busy life here. The phones ring quite a bit, but we try to answer everyone when we aren't out showing properties to clients. Sometimes we are out in the sun for hours and come back looking a bit tired. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the table. We know the roads around here very well because we drive them every single day. Sonipat Ho has grown so much since we first started. Sometimes the dust from the construction nearby gets inside, so we are always cleaning the furniture. It is a straightforward business. We show the houses, talk about the price, and help with the small local details that people might otherwise miss.
