Advance Ventilation Private Limited

We’re located at Plot No. 101 in the Hsidc Industrial Estate out in Kundli. It’s a wide-open area with a lot of big factories and trucks. Advance Ventilation is our workshop. We make industrial fans that are usually bigger than a person. The floor is made of thick concrete and is covered in metal shavings and welding sparks. It’s a noisy environment, but we’re used to it. We have a team of about twenty people here. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high. There’s a lot of heavy lifting involved with the steel sheets we use. We don't have a fancy lobby or any marketing people walking around. It’s just us in our work boots. We have a small cabin for the admin work, but even that is usually full of blueprints and coffee mugs. The canteen across the road is where we go for lunch; they make a decent dal. Most of our day is spent checking the balance of the fan blades and making sure the motors are bolted on right. It’s repetitive but it has to be done correctly. We’ve had some of the same customers for over a decade. They know we’re just here in Kundli doing the work. We don’t put on any acts or make big promises. We just build the fans, test the airflow, and send them out to the factories that need them.
