Binka is a small place where everyone pretty much knows everyone else by name. We don't really have a corporate culture or anything like that in our office. It’s more about sitting down with people and talking through what needs to be built or repaired. We spend a lot of our time out on the actual land looking at boundaries and checking the soil. The weather in the Sonepur area can get really hot during the summer, so we try to get most of the heavy labor done early in the morning. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our registers, maps, and land documents. We don't have any high-tech gadgets, just the basics we need to get the job finished. Sometimes we have tea with the people who live nearby and talk about how the town is slowly changing. It’s a slower pace of life compared to the big cities, but we prefer it that way. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on are solid and done right. Dealing with the bank is convenient for our needs.
